Look at her, my best friend, Phouvy. On July 23rd, Dave and Phouvy have finally made it legal. They have united as one. I am so happy for them. We had a great time and it was very intresting to see the two traditional marriage ceremony. They had their Chinese tea ceremony in the morning and the traditional Laotian ceremony at two. Their reception was at 6pm. We wished you two the best and a life fill with love, happiness, and many babies.
