I always have a fear of the treadmills but people always tells me you can burn xxx amount of calories if you run x amount of miles. Yes, I might get to burn the calories but what if I slip and fall with that spinning belt. That belt is very dangerous.
So, I did a research and I have finally found a video to prove my theory.
Stick to walking on the streets or riding the stationary bike!!!
