Our new love

For the meat lover in you, we have found a place for you to go to and also a challenge. Carl and I have been looking for a fantastic steak place and we have found one. This place is called Fogo de Chao. It is a all you can eat 16 varieties of meat. They have pork, lamb, chicken, and beef.

They even have a fantastic salad bar that have smoked salmon and this amazing artichoke heart soaked in balsamic vinegratte. You also get side orders which is fried bananas (a.k.a plaintains), garlic cheese mash potatoes, fried polenta, and these wonderful fluffy bread with cheese in the middle.

All I have to say was Carl and I was in heaven. People walked around with skewers and carved meat for you. I love their garlic beef. They also have filet mignon wrapped in bacon which is Carl's favorite. Actually Carl loved everything. We were they for lunch and went back with Kim and Kim and Rodrigo for dinnner. I recommend we should get a group of people for lunch rather than dinner. Lunch is 24.50 and they served the same meat like dinner. It is cheaper.

What is the challenge??? They have a disc on the table that is green for keep bringing me the meat and red is to stop bringing me the meat. Carl and I can't do it. I want to see who can go for at least 10 minutes without flipping the disc.
