I swear that these people do not work or that they need more people. I know it is not even close to tax season, why is it taking them more than 5 minutes to answer the freaking phone. I have been on hold that seem to be forever and it is so frustrating. I am sick of hearing "we re sorry for the delay, you will be connected to the next available agent." AHHHHHH!
No one is answering. I got this notice and I think they are bullshitting me.
