On Friday for lunch

My co-workers and I went to Border Cafe, which is no relation to Border's Bookstore, that serve very delicious Mexican food. I had a Tostado Grande salad which came with shredded beef and beans and guacomole and many more delicious stuff. It is sooo good that I can't help thinking of it. I think I am going to try to make the shredded beef for burritos or a salad. I found the recipe but have to see how I do before sharing it.
