Top Chef

Dena had to remind me that it is the new season of Top Chef. I was not planning to watch but I did yesterday. We caught up. Carl and I are addicted again. I love cooking and I love the way this competition. I also wonder how the hell some of these people gt in. If it was me, how would I cook the eel and snake? Also, what would I make for a upscale barbecue? Would my lamb work? I can't wait till the next episode.
