Hello all...
Carl and I have begun our second step as homeowners. We have signed the agreement of sale yesterday. How do we feel??? I feel all these emotions and he is excited. I hope everything will be fine and smooth. I am excited and can't wait to be in our own house. I can't wait to decorate my own kitchen and do not have to fight with neighbors to use the damn washers and dryers. I can relax in my own house and wash whenever I feel like it. Carl can decorate and remodel. That is the exciting but what is not exciting is the mortgage. So much to learn within a few weeks. I hope we will find one.
Planning to get us a housewarming gift... giftcards to home depot, lowes, ikea, target, best buy!! We would love that. HINT HINT
